Building strong client relationships
Xube has built strong relationships with clients in the education and corporate sectors ever since its launch in 2001. The directors have filmed the length and breadth of the UK and were commissioned to produce their first pan-European, EU funded project in London and The Netherlands in early 2010. Xube’s clients include: JISC (Joint Information Systems Committee), CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), TEL (Technology Enhanced Learning Research Programme) and ESRC (Economic and Social Research Council).
In recent years the company has delivered projects for several British universities. The demand for impact video case studies that inform the public about groundbreaking research in this sector led Xube to produce a helpful two-page PDF summarising Xube’s services for Higher Education. Xube is excited to add The University of Aberdeen, The University of Birmingham, The University of East Anglia and Cranfield University to an already impressive list of clients in the HE sector.
Directors Jeremy Henderson and Richard Woolfenden met as secondary school teachers in East London in the early 1990s. They left teaching in 1996 and formed a filmmaking partnership and set-up Xube in 2001 after working as freelancers in film and IT in the mid-to-late 1990s. Their aim was to build a company that could utilise emergent digital technology to create high quality video content. Jeremy and Richard’s production partnership and experience lies behind the success of each Xube video project.
