We commissioned Xube to produce a series of short videos to highlight
the use of advanced information technologies in academic research as
part of the JISC-funded eIUS Project. We are delighted with the results
(http://www.youtube.com/eiusproject).
Xube fully understood the requirement to provide accessible but also
credible research 'trailers' for the academic research community. The
whole process, from working
together on the initial brief, through to scripting, scheduling,
filming, editing, feedback from all participants, and delivery in
multiple formats, was executed with envious efficiency and
professionalism. Xube even provided us with an extra promotional video
at short notice. I would happily return to Xube, should I again be in
the fortunate position of being able to commission films.

The final version of the DVD is excellent and is now being used for
training of High Peak Borough Council staff. Through the professional
skills of the actors and script writer, and the direction of the
filming, the training messages are clear and the DVD is in a format
which lends itself to discussion and group work when the training is
being carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jeremy
Henderson and Richard Woolfenden of Xube to other organisations who
wish to produce a DVD for similar training purposes.
